Migration of spansion flash devices
Phytec will be migrating to a new supplier of Flash devices in 2010. The target date for this migration is January 2010.
The following Phytec products will or may be affected:
- NM‐264, nanoMODUL‐ 264
- PCM‐021‐0020E, phyCORE‐167
- PCM‐019‐1010E, phyCORE‐MPC565
- MM403‐2, CANmodul‐592
To ensure continued supply please inform us ASAP of your estimated requirements for these products for the remainder of 2009.
Please also let us know if you would like to receive qualification samples of the replacement products before the transition date of January 2010.
