ARM Modules From TQ Systems
TQMa53 Module from TQ Components with CORTEX A8 i.MX53 CPU

The new TQMa53 module represents the latest in a line of products from TQ Components based on ARM CPU architectures. The TQMa53 brings a number of important features which have not previously been available on TQ modules, including the CORTEX A8 i.MX537 CPU running at 800MHz and support for IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP).
The module has a total power consumption of less than 3 watts, and supports eMMC Flash for data security.
The integrated graphic controller supports displays with a resolution up to UXGA, making this module ideally suited for HMI and other touch-screen applications.
All the processor’s functional pins are provided on the module’s connectors.
The TQMa53 is available in 2 versions:
- TQMa53-AA
TQMa53, i.MX537 / 800MHz, 2 GB eMMC Flash, 512MB DDR3, 64kB EEPROM, -25°C...+85°C
- TQMa53-AB
TQMa53, i.MX537 / 800MHz, 2 GB eMMC Flash, 1GB DDR3, 64kB EEPROM, -25°C...+85°C

TQMa28L

- Based on an ARM 9 i.MX28 processor from Freescale running at 450MHz, the TQMa28L module measures only 30 x 30mm.
- The module connects to its baseboard via a 191-pin LGA (Land-Grid Array)matrix, which carries all the major CPU functions including I/O, data and address buses.
- Full development support is provided by the STKa28 development kit.
- The TQMa28L is available for cost-sensitive, high-volume ( >10k p.a. ) applications.
- For applications with lower volumes TQ can offer the standard TQMa28 module which has high-density connectors in place of the LGA.
New TQMa35 ARM Module and Starter kit from TQ

The TQMa35 is a high-performance embedded processor module based on the Freescale i.MX35 ARM 11 processor.
The module measures 44 x 54 mm, has a typical power consumption of 2-3 watts, and provides interfaces for digital camera and 24-bit TFT display.
It is available in two variants , the TQMa35-AA and the TQMa35 AB.Click here for details:
