dataFEED OPC UA Tunnel is a dataFEED OPC Suite component and avoids the occurrence of DCOM configuration problems in cross-computer OPC Classic communication. At the same time, a high level of performance, robustness, and reliability for data exchange across networks are also guaranteed. By using the security mechanisms of the OPC UA standard, such as the exchange of certificates and the use of current encryption algorithms, the OPC UA tunnel ensures maximum data security.
